teamCIS began our professional relationship with Colliers International back in 2013 through KRW Realty Advisors, LLC. since then, teamCIS has successfully performed Landlord and tenant work totaling over $15 million in contract value. the company has constructed retail and office space throughout many of the building’s 30 floors including tenant demising, core spaces, elevators, MEP’s and corridors throughout. CIS successfully coordinated the construction process on behalf of the landlord from demolition to final inspection and currently maintains an ongoing relationship, continuing to perform tenant improvements and upgrades.
