teamCIS is currently engaged in a multi-year core & shell build at the heart of NYC’s Times Square. this +110,000 square foot project includes demolition, excavation, foundation, shoring, elevator, structural & miscellaneous steel, concrete & masonry, carpentry, roofing, windows and MEP’s as well as highly-detailed finishes/fixtures. Capital Improvement Services will coordinate with all major local municipalities to install new underground services, and procure the proper permitting and signoffs for this high-profile project. teamCIS works with ownership; the project architect, MEP engineer and structural engineer on a daily basis to assist with the team’s value engineering efforts.
