CIS constructed this ground-up 3-story, 14-unit contemporary apartment complex in the heart of Middle Village, NY. this new construction, development project was commissioned by teamCIS ownership and was priced at over $5 million in total construction costs. teamCIS coordinated with all major local municipalities to install new underground services, and procure the proper permitting and signoffs. this project required all trades/scopes of work, such as; demolition, excavation, foundation, shoring, structural steal, concrete masonry, carpentry, roofing, windows and MEP’s. meticulous design and high-quality details, as well as demanding hands-­on project management of the construction, resulted in a successful build of the luxury apartment complex
